Our Design Package provides a professionally compiled design presentation, tailored to the space requirements. It includes design concepts, optimized room layouts, a curated color palette, mood boards, furniture board, 3D design mock-ups and material specifications that define the proposed style and overall aesthetic. 

4. Custom & Bespoke Pieces

In many cases, we suggest custom furniture pieces for a high end look, that meets specific design requirements for your property. These bespoke elements provide a hotel inspired setting for your holiday home.

5. Procurement & Deliveries

We source materials and furniture that aligns with the proposed design - coordinating deliveries and installations for a smooth and efficient setup. 

6. Art work, Decor & Styling

The holiday home is transformed with a thoughtful arrangement of soft furnishings, artworks and accessories where each piece is carefully chosen to bring a personalised touch for a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. After final styling we move on to handover stage.

 7. Outdoor Styling

We extend our design services to outdoor spaces such as balcony, green spaces and terraces, creating a comfortable environment for relaxation and entertainment.

8. Final Touches & Walkthrough

Our final step is the handover stage where we review the entire space, paying attention to every detail, ensuring it is impeccably styled and ready to welcome your guests.
